Fruit Pudding

 



Ingredients:
▢ 3 cups milk
▢ 4 teaspoons gelatin
▢ 1 cup whipped cream
▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢ Chopped fruits: strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, plums, apples, grapes

Preparation:

  1. Double-boil the gelatin until it dissolves completely.
  2. Add vanilla extract to the milk and mix well.
  3. Beat the whipped cream and gently fold it into the milk mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until it sets.
  5. Once set, top with chopped fruits and decorate as desired.
