Fruit Pudding
Ingredients:
▢ 3 cups milk
▢ 4 teaspoons gelatin
▢ 1 cup whipped cream
▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢ Chopped fruits: strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, plums, apples, grapes
Preparation:
- Double-boil the gelatin until it dissolves completely.
- Add vanilla extract to the milk and mix well.
- Beat the whipped cream and gently fold it into the milk mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until it sets.
- Once set, top with chopped fruits and decorate as desired.
