Chicken Stuffed Potatoes

 



Ingredients:

  •  3 potatoes
  •  1/4 cup fresh milk
  •  1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  •  Salt
  •  Black pepper
  •  1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  •  Chopped onions
  •  Mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Boil the potatoes until they are tender but still firm. Cut off small slices from both ends so they can stand upright. Then, cut them in half horizontally.
  2. Scoop out the center of each potato half to create a hollow space, setting the scooped-out potato aside.
  3. Mash the removed potato and mix it with milk, Parmesan cheese, onions, salt, and black pepper. Add the shredded chicken and chopped parsley, then mix well.
  4. Fill the hollowed-out potatoes with this mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
