Chicken Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh milk
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- Chopped onions
- Mozzarella cheese
- Chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes until they are tender but still firm. Cut off small slices from both ends so they can stand upright. Then, cut them in half horizontally.
- Scoop out the center of each potato half to create a hollow space, setting the scooped-out potato aside.
- Mash the removed potato and mix it with milk, Parmesan cheese, onions, salt, and black pepper. Add the shredded chicken and chopped parsley, then mix well.
- Fill the hollowed-out potatoes with this mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
