Vegetarian Fancake Delight

Ingredients

  • ·         1 cup of all – purpose flour
  • ·         1 tablespoon of sugar
  • ·         1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ·         ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ·         1 cup of milk
  • ·         1 large egg
  • ·         2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • ·         ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ·         ¼ cup of chopped spinach
  • ·         ¼ cup of grated cheese

 

Kitchen Tools Needed

·         Mixing bowl

·         Whisk

·         Frying pan

·         Spatula

 

Instructions :

  • ·         In a mixing bowl,combine the flour ,sugar,baking powder and salt.mix well.
  • ·         In another bowl,whisk together the milk,egg,melted butter and vanilla extract.
  • ·         Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • ·         Gently fold in the chopped spinach and grated cheese.
  • ·         Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
  • ·         Pour about ¼ cup of the batter onto the frying pan for each fancake.
  • ·         Cook until bubbles form on the surface ,then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
