Ingredients
- · 1 cup of all – purpose flour
- · 1 tablespoon of sugar
- · 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- · ½ teaspoon of salt
- · 1 cup of milk
- · 1 large egg
- · 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- · ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- · ¼ cup of chopped spinach
- · ¼ cup of grated cheese

Instructions :
- · In a mixing bowl,combine the flour ,sugar,baking powder and salt.mix well.
- · In another bowl,whisk together the milk,egg,melted butter and vanilla extract.
- · Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- · Gently fold in the chopped spinach and grated cheese.
- · Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
- · Pour about ¼ cup of the batter onto the frying pan for each fancake.
- · Cook until bubbles form on the surface ,then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
