Mashed Potato Pancakes
Ingredients:
☐ 2 cups mashed potatoes
☐ 1 egg
☐ 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
☐ 3 tablespoons fresh milk
☐ 1 tablespoon butter
☐ Salt to taste
☐ Butter for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, egg, flour, milk, butter, and salt. Mix well until the batter is smooth and holds its shape. If the mixture is too runny, add a little more flour.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add some butter.
- Take small portions of the mixture, flatten them slightly, and place them in the pan.
- Cook until both sides turn golden brown, flipping carefully.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
