Mashed Potato Pancakes

 


Ingredients:

☐ 2 cups mashed potatoes
☐ 1 egg
☐ 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
☐ 3 tablespoons fresh milk
☐ 1 tablespoon butter
☐ Salt to taste
☐ Butter for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, egg, flour, milk, butter, and salt. Mix well until the batter is smooth and holds its shape. If the mixture is too runny, add a little more flour.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add some butter.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture, flatten them slightly, and place them in the pan.
  4. Cook until both sides turn golden brown, flipping carefully.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
