Guava Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe guavas
- 1 cup minced greens (mint or coriander)
- 2 green chilies
- A small piece of ginger
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- A few slices of bread
- A few slices of tomato
Preparation:
- Remove the seeds from the guavas and grate them.
- In a grinder, add the minced greens, green chilies, ginger, and cumin seeds.
- Add 1 tablespoon of grated guava and 2 tablespoons of water. Grind into a smooth paste.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and mix in the remaining grated guava and coriander powder.
- Add chaat masala and salt as per taste, and mix well.
- Take a slice of bread, spread the prepared mixture on it, and top it with tomato slices.
- Cover with another slice of bread and serve.
