Baked Pasta with Chicken

 



Ingredients:

  • 500g pasta
  •  250g boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
  •  Olive oil (a little)
  •  Chicken broth
  •  1 cup heavy cream
  •  Parmesan cheese (grated)
  •  Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  •  Chopped garlic
  •  Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pan with olive oil and add the boneless chicken pieces. Fry until lightly golden.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, and chopped garlic. Sauté well.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then add the pasta. Stir well and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Mix in some parmesan cheese and stir until well combined.
  5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and layer the pasta.
  6. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top, add another layer of pasta, and top with more mozzarella cheese.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and bake for about 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
