Baked Pasta with Chicken
Ingredients:
- 500g pasta
- 250g boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
- Olive oil (a little)
- Chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Chopped garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Heat a pan with olive oil and add the boneless chicken pieces. Fry until lightly golden.
- Add salt, black pepper, and chopped garlic. Sauté well.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then add the pasta. Stir well and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix in some parmesan cheese and stir until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and layer the pasta.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top, add another layer of pasta, and top with more mozzarella cheese.
- Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and bake for about 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
