Chicken Fajita Pasta
Ingredients:
- 250g boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green - sliced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Garlic powder
- Chili powder
- 1 ½ cups fresh milk
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
Preparation:
- Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and chopped onion. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the pan.
- Season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Pour in the fresh milk and add the pasta. Let it cook and absorb the creamy sauce.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, mix well, and remove from heat.
