Chicken Fajita Pasta

 



Ingredients:

  •  250g boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
  •  3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green - sliced)
  •  1 small onion (chopped)
  •  Salt and black pepper to taste
  •  Garlic powder
  •  Chili powder
  •  1 ½ cups fresh milk
  •  Parmesan cheese (grated)

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and chopped onion. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  5. Pour in the fresh milk and add the pasta. Let it cook and absorb the creamy sauce.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese, mix well, and remove from heat.
